Yum, there are many dishes that I want to try on this list.

Also wanted to drop in and say that I made the eggless spicy corn bread muffins last night (at 1am) and they are amazing. The Greek yogurt adds a wonderful undertone to the taste.

It’s wonderful to be surrounded by great cooks. I’m so motivated to try challenging to cook and bake something I’ve never thought of cooking before. Thanks to you Nancy for organizing the event and thanks everyone for inspiration!
