Cauliflower on its own is a decent tasting veggie, but it is also one that can be made to taste even better with additional seasonings. You can pair it with butter, oils, cheese, garlic, herbs, or just about any spice you like. Because it is rather bland on its own, cauliflower will pick up the wonderful tastes from the additional flavours you’ve added to it. You can really never go wrong with cauliflower.
Want to know an amazing thing you can do to cauliflower? Roast it. Doing so transforms those little white florets into a completely new tasting vegetable. Roasted it becomes this slightly caramelised vegetable with a nuttiness to it. It’s just delicious. Even those that aren’t fans of it will love the roasted flavour.
You all know how much I love my spices and spicy foods, right? I decided to give our latest roasted cauliflower a spicy touch. Out came the bottle of Sriracha hot sauce to work it’s magic on the little florets. The results were fantastic. My husband and I devoured the first batch as a side dish, then the second batch was scarfed down alongside some hummus. The taste is so darn good that you won’t be able to stop eating it. Now my mouth is watering, I guess I’ll have to make a third batch now.

Addictive! I love cauliflower and Sriracha.
Cheers,

Glad to hear it Rosa, so you know how good it is.:)
Oh I love this one. Anything cauliflower and sriracha is a winner. Looks so good.
Thank you Ash!
We love roasted cauliflower! How much sriracha do you use? I didn’t see it in the recipe.
Hi Cheryl, Sorry about that. I use anywhere from 4 to 6 tablespoons. What I suggest it to start off with the lower amount, make the sauce and taste it; From there you can increase to as much sriracha as you’d like. Enjoy!
I am a fan of roasted cauliflowers too. This looks very flavourful!
Glad to hear it Angie, thank you!
Oh yes… I would be all over that plate!!! It looks delicious! :)
