Before we get to Denny’s recipe I’d like to inform you that the Spicie Foodie “Favorite Foodies Series” and “Photography Tutorials” are coming back next month. I sure have missed doing and sharing both so I am looking forward to it, hope you are too.
I’d also like to thank Denny for emailing me one of his favorite recipes. The recipe is for “Asian Burritos” and it sounds delicious. With Denny’s permission here is the yummy recipe. Please let us know if you try it out. Send your photos and I’ll add them to this post with a link back to your websites.

Asian Burritos by Denny Adams
Ingredients
1 bag of angelhair coleslaw mix,or 1 lb shredded cabbage
1 cup fresh or canned beansprouts
1 medium red or orange bell pepper, grated
1 lb fresh shrimp, peeled,and coarsly chopped
2-3 tbsp sweet chile sauce
2 tbs soy sauce
1 pkg whole grain burrito wraps
1 tbs hot chile sauce if you like heat
Stir fry the slaw pepper and sprouts in a little peanut or olive oil till soft add the shrimp and sauces and continue cooking till the shrimp are done, and veggies are completely limp.
Fill and roll the buritos and serve with plum or sweet and sour sauce.

The Asian flavored burritos sound incredible. Even with no photos, I can imagine how wonderful they must taste!
