By now, I believe, everyone has heard of the Meatless Mondays initiative. I have been a fan of it and now and then I like to share recipes so others can also go meatless on Mondays. Also there are often misconceptions that meatless, vegetarian or vegan meals are flavourless, boring and not nutritious — this couldn’t be farther from the truth. Today I’m going to share 10 recipes that you can enjoy on Meatless Mondays. Pair them with other meatless options or enjoy them on their own.
In case you don’t know about Meatless Mondays here is some information, “Meatless Monday is a non-profit initiative of The Monday Campaigns, in association with the Johns Hopkins’ Bloomberg School of Public Health. It was started to reduce meat consumption and in turn helping both the environment and individuals improve their health.
