47 Stone Fruit Recipes For A Yummy Summer

July 24, 2013 by Nancy Lopez-McHugh

47 Stone Fruit Recipes For A Yummy Summer on @SpicieFoodie

Stone fruits are those with a fleshy outer part that surrounds a pit or stone. Plums, pluots, cherries, peaches, apricots, apriums, and nectarines are all stone fruit. To me nothing says summer like stone fruits. They are sweet, juicy, bright and delicious just like a hot and sunny summer afternoon.
