Happy Wednesday! I would like to share only photos today, no recipe. These pictures are of things I’m enjoying lately. A few I’ve already shared on my Social Media accounts, but I didn’t want you to miss out on them.
Hubby bought some Mexican sweet bread called conchas for his breakfast, I made hot chocolate.
Coconut oil is a new obsession. Have you used it?
Spices. I could not exist without them. These are about to be made into Sri Lankan curry spice mix.
Food bloggers collect mismatched dinnerware pieces.
One window. Two mini pie moulds. One mini strainer. Natural light rocks! (Check out my free photography tutorials.)
I’m happy I can enjoy coffee every morning.
After many, many years I tried spam again. It wasn’t bad, specially with the over easy egg.
Moments before sunset. I love my new home.
May you have a beautiful day. ~Nancy:)
P.S.
Don’t forget to signup to this month’s YBR roundup, the deadline is Friday. Add your recipe here.
Lovely dinnerware and conchas!
Cheers,
Rosa
Thank you Rosa!
Breathtaking photographs my dear!!!! Only you could make Spam look delicious! :)
Thank you MJ, you are so sweet.:)
Fun stuff. Thanks. And I haven’t had Spam since I was a kid. I guess I should try it again someday. In the future. Distant future. ;-)
Haha, that’s how I was every time my husband brought it up. You should give it a try, then wait many years before eating it again. Lol!
Your breakfast of sweet bread and hot chocolate looks scrumptious!
Thanks Laura!
We do love our mismatched dishes don’t we!
Yep;)
Yum!
What has the New Year brought to so many of us? . . . I am off on a month’s ‘vacation’ tomorrow for the first time in four years to watch Sochi and totally reinvent my home and garden . . . so many others seem to be ‘rearranging’ their lives . . . natural for you as the life change must have been humongous!!! [laughing] By all means let us begin with Spam – when I was a post-war toddler that was probably the only protein I got !!!! Well, to each their own!!!! all the very best and see you in March. . .
Have a great break Eha!:)
Lovely pictures. I use a lot of coconut oil – it’s supposed to be super healthy.
I can’t cook without spices. I just throw them in randomly and I love cumin the most of all.
Sorry but spam isn’t for me – it tastes really bad but I am sure the egg helped. LOL.
Haha, I wouldn’t say it’s for me either but it was okay this time. Thanks Suzanne!
Gorgeous photos!!! Love the spices {of course},but the beach looks pretty nice too :-)
Thank you EA!
Wonderful photos Nancy! Beautiful!
We just finished reading Yummy Pics which we bought a couple of months back. Highly recommended for all bloggers out there, fantastic work.

I love coconut oil, the smell of it comforts me! I’ve been using it as a moisturizer and hair conditioner, too. I cannot live without spices. I wish I have a spice market next door.
I love that photo of the beach. I could seriously use some sun and beach time right about now… it’s freezing here.
Wish you could be here!:)
