That buckwheat-mushroom mix looks lovely. One of my favorite combinations on a winter evening.

When it comes to mushrooms, I’m stuck in a rut by using just the small button mushrooms. Sometimes I’ll grill up a portabella. Thank you so much for putting all these great mushrooms recipes on one page. I’ve always been intrigued by the chanterelles and love your recipes! Thanks Nancy!

They all look marvelous, although if I had to choose I’d go for the chanterelles…

I am a big mushroom fan… but kids are not. I need to cook more mushroom dishes for myself. :)

I looooooooove all sorts of mushrooms from lobster to king trumpet ones! They are so tasty and I prefer them over seitan or vegan meat alternative. Unfortunately most of the mushrooms are very expensive in the U.S. I want that curried oyster mushrooms in my tacos tomorrow!
