Wow, what a treasure trove! I’ve been experimenting with Mexican dishes lately (most cooking from books by Diana Kennedy and Rick Bayless) but there’s nothing like the personal touch that comes from a blog. Tacos are so awesome for a quick but very tasty weeknight dinner.
