Ingredients
whole portobello mushrooms, cut stem off or to same height as round top
olive oil
salt
ground black peppers
Toppings
cheese
grilled onions
lettuce
tomatoes
Instructions
Heat a grilling pan or outdoor grill. Brush the portobellos with a little olive oil, then rub with salt and pepper. Grill or cook until the mushroom patty is soft and tender. Top and serve with your favorite topping and sides.
Notes
Cooking time will depend on how large and thick the mushrooms are.
