Almond Milk Matcha Frappe Recipe

Ingredients
  • half a cup of sweetened un-flavoured almond milk (or use homemade)
  • half a cup of filtered water OR substitute with almond milk if desired
  • 8 large ice cubes, or more if needed
  • half a teaspoon of organic matcha green tea (I use this one)
  • sweetener of choice, if desired
Instructions
  1. Please notice that I used half almond milk and half water, but you can use only almond milk (or any other milk) or just water -- it's your choice. Also, I highly recommend using an organic matcha, if possible.
  2. Place all of the ingredients in the blender and blend until the ice is completely broken down and you have a thick slushy. If you'd like you can add more liquid (milk or water) to thin it out, or you could also add more ice to thicken it up. Taste and if desired add sweetener or more matcha. Enjoy!
