10 whole black peppercorns, crushed or freshly ground
2 tablespoons olive oil
sea salt to taste
parmesan cheese
Instructions
Boil a pot of salted water and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions, drain and set the noodles aside. In the same pot you've cooked the noodles heat the olive oil, once warm sauté the broccoli to desired tenderness. Next add the freshly crushed/ground peppercorns and cook for another two minutes. Next mix in the cooked noodles and stir until the broccoli is well distributed. Sprinkle in a bit of sea salt and stir.
Serve as a side dish or a light lunch. Right before serving dust with grated parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
