Some days I have a higher tolerance for spicy foods, and other days even something as mild as a Cholula hot saucecan leave me feeling like my body is on fire. I’m not really sure why this is and have been doing some research to try to get to the bottom of it. But until then, I thought I’d share with you some tips to preventing chile burns. I’ve been suffered from a chili burn one too many times, and I’ve tried countless experiments to find the ones that (actually) work best at preventing the heat both in your mouth and on your hands.
