What a great idea for a series! Meatless Monday’s is actually an old tradition in central Europe and I for example often forget about that. not that I cook with lots of meat but sometimes it’s nice to just follow a mini food plan during the week. We call Monday’s always Knödel day (dumpling) ^.^, a typical flour day. I am eying already a few of the recipes here, don’t know yet where I ll start first. Thank you too for featuring my Mutter Paneer Nancy. =) Wish you a wonderful Sunday!
Hi Helene! I didn’t know it was a tradition in central Europe, thanks for sharing that. Sounds like a great Knodel day! My pleasure, and thank you for sharing your recipe.:)
