  1. A belated Happy New Year to you and yours and ‘thank you’ for a most ‘appropriate’ post. The seasonal ‘guilt’ feelings re food and wine seem palpable across the blogosphere :) ! But what is the difficulty in returning to healthier modes of eating if one is presented with exciting dishes like these!! Must admit I myself has missed a few of your recipes . . . but intend to make up soonest!
